Folio (folio4life.com.au) · Last updated 11 October 2026

This page explains what information Folio collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. It's written in plain English. If anything is unclear, email sales@folio4business.net.

The calculator

The numbers you type into the calculator (loan balance, rate, offset, coffee price) are worked out in your own browser. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere, unless you choose to email yourself your results (below).

If you give us your email address

When you use "Email me my numbers", we collect your email address and your calculator result (time saved, interest saved, monthly extra) so we can send you your numbers and a short guide. We use Kit (kit.com), an email service based in the United States, to store your address and send these emails, so your details are held on their servers.

We'll send you a welcome email and, occasionally, other useful emails about paying off your home loan or Folio products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your details at any time.

Advertising and measurement

We may use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to understand whether our ads work, for example whether someone who saw an ad later used the calculator, signed up, or clicked through to buy. The pixel uses cookies and similar technology, and Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you, under Meta's privacy policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser.
